Five storey Films Commercial Campaign

This ongoing commercial campaign produces smart branded shorts promoting the luxury Five storey Films community. Mixing stunning aerial shots with family lifestyle segments, we created an extended narrative across a series of 1-2 minute spots aired on local cable and the brand's social channels. Smart SEO and social promotion of the videos drove strong interest in Highland Creek from prospective new residents. Our work showcases adept brand messaging through creative, continuity-driven short form video ads.

MANDY LAKE

Director/Writer/EP/Producer at Flickchicks, specialises in character-driven documentaries. With hits like "Bowled Over" (SBS, 2021) and "Snake Boss" (Discovery Channel), she's expanding into scripted content. Currently directing the TV series adaptation of "Bowled Over" with Brouhaha Entertainment, Mandy infuses her projects with heart, humour, and humanity. She also shares her expertise through teaching at Bond University and Griffith Film School.

ANNA JEFFRIES

VCA School of Film and TV alumna, started as a camera assistant with Oscar-winning Cinematographer Greig Fraser. Mentored by Emmy-winning director Jessica Hobbs, Anna transitioned into documentaries, achieving record ratings with 'FROHE OSTERN! HAPPY EASTER!' For the past decade she's directed and produced for broadcasters like NAT GEO, ABC, and BBC, exploring diverse topics from history to science.

BEC MCELROY

An innovative producer, writer, and director, has helmed acclaimed projects like the feature documentary "Flyways," garnering theatrical release and international broadcast, and the ABC's most popular docmentary 'ABBA-Bang-a-Boomerang'. With a rich portfolio spanning documentaries, TV series, and short films, she's a seasoned storyteller known for her compelling narratives and collaborative approach, shaping projects for global audiences across diverse platforms.

JENINE OLLIVER

With over 20 years in the Film and TV industry, has produced extensive screen content across a variety of platforms. Specialising in factual storytelling, she excels in budgeting and financing solutions, overseeing projects from concept to screen. Her expertise ensures projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Jenine's adeptness in managing multiple projects fosters teamwork and excellence.

EMMA SARGENT

Brings over 16 years of expertise in Business Operations and General Management, with 7 years focused on boutique documentary distribution. Her skills include Associate Producing, Story Research, Website Management, and more. She's adept at creating Pitch Documents and managing various business operations. What does the process look like from initial contact to final edited video?

Our streamlined production process begins with an intro call to discuss your needs, then a treatment outlining our creative approach. Next comes preprocessing and shooting, followed by editing incorporating your feedback, then lastly delivery of the final video files.

How long does an average 2-3 minute video take from start to finish?

From first call to final product, we can turn around professional grade 2-3 minute videos in 4-6 weeks. Rush edits can be completed in 2-3 weeks.

Do you use licensed music and is it an additional cost?

Our production licenses include affordable stock music tracks and sound effects to incorporate in the editing process. Additional music licensing is only necessary if the client requests recognizable commercial songs. In those special cases, licensing costs would be discussed upfront and integrated into the quoted production price.
